It stays pretty well, if you apply the right amount of coats on the teeth. It's solid black but if you have an overbite or teeth that scape in to and bottom, the paint does not stay there.

This stuff works great, and makes your teeth look absolutely disgusting, I love it! It takes some getting used to because it makes you feel like you have a film over your teeth, but once you pass that, all good!
