First of all, the pendant is fantastic and exceeds my expectations. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality seems to be great. Time will tell if this initial impression holds, but I'm confident it will. Beyond the quality of the item, the service I received was the best I've experienced in a very long time. The purchase itself was typical of any web store but, when my package disappeared during shipping, and before I even noticed it happened, I received an email stating it had been lost and that a replacement was being sent via high-priority Fed-Ex. Two steps I feel most modern retailers would see as "customer problems." I will absolutely be giving US Jewels my business based solely on that customer service.
