Ginger Goat Peaches N Scream Hot Sauce

The subtle peach taste is excellent.

Of the Ginger Goat brand hot sauces, this was one of four that I enjoyed on some, but not all foods. The rest were difficult to pair, however, applying a conservative amount made pairing easier with more foods. Peaches N Scream added heat to foods without hijacking the meal's flavour, or putting too much emphasis on that heat it provides. I didn't love it, but it seemed universal enough for most dishes if you're looking for some sweetness and a kick.
