I expected more

The ordering was a breeze, but I was never updated on a shipping date until I reached out three weeks later. Even after that all I received were apologies and "it is coming soon". I order this product 6 weeks early in order to have by the birth date I needed it and it was still one week late. I love the ideas and options you can order here, but if I order a time sensitive item I need more specifics on manufacturing and shipping.
