The chocolates arrived chilled and dry thanks to clever packing. Wrapped securely in cellophane, the chocolates were in an insulated, crush resistant bag with TWO ice packs. When they arrived at my house and I opened the box, the bags were still 60-70% frozen and my chocolates were in perfect condition. For the record, it’s 94 degrees here today. Well done and appreciated!
