Very disappointed as these came in as two different slippers. My 4th pair of moodles purchased At first contract I was told because I had cut the tag off they could not be returned. I was stunned and stated it was my last Furmoo purchase. THEN was sent a follow up email that they would exchange them but it is too late. Both slippers were not checked by quality control before sending to Canada. I have made many Furmoo purchases but never again.
