This product is incredible. I have tried everything; all wasted money. After giving up all other products, I tried this and it actually helps quiet my mind so I can get to sleep. I am not able to stay asleep most nights; I wake up and my mind starts racing. I take another does and it's back to sleep quickly. It tastes great all by itself, so I haven't tried it in a drink, but I'm sure it would be delicious in tea. Sarah is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She's opened a new storefront in Port Orford!
