This are multi use and so convenient

I haven’t fully applied it with the neon pigments I purchased from here, but I received this product half full. I’m assuming it wasn’t properly sealed and spilled everywhere, because the bottle was sticky. In addition, the neon pigments I received were poorly packaged bc there was powder everywhere.
