Ogawa Massage Chair

I have not yet been able to.use my chair as it came non functional. I feel I did not receive sufficient help by phone until my daughter reached the telephone number for a person called "Jacqueline" Still waiting for ordered parts and someone to come to fix it.I had reached the point of demanding my full payment returned which was paid when chair was ordered and have the chair removed from my home.
