QuietSwitch Pull Switch For Better Sleep

A huge improvement on the old clink clonk type switch. The switch action is also much lighter. It was straightforward to wire in and fit exactly where the old switch was. The materials and construction seems to be of good quality. Overall alot quieter and nicer to use.

Disconcertingly quiet!

Nobody should rave about a light switch, but... It'll take me a while to get used to NOT tugging the cord like I'm starting a two-stroke engine. A gently reassuring (and above all quiet) click is all you get. Small quibble. It looks like changing the cord will be tricky when it gets mucky, which over the years it will because they all do.

Does what it says but better

Purchased quiet switch to replace existing pull cord in downstairs WC that was waking family on bedroom above. New Quiet switch allows uninterrupted sleep. Happy family.
