Always reliable and dependable service. The coffee is the BEST
"We’ve been using Vittoria coffee in our salon for quite some time now through a regular subscription, and it never misses the mark. Our clients constantly comment on the great taste, and from a business perspective, the subscription service is seamless and reliable. It’s one less thing for us to worry about in our busy day-to-day operations. Highly recommended for any business looking for premium coffee and a dependable partner."

Vittoria Nero Special Bar Coffee Beans
Having worked in the hospitality industry for around fifteen years I have tried a few coffee brands over the years and where I mainly drink Lavazza Oro, Lavazza Espresso Barista Intenso, and/or Lavazza Crema e Gusto at home prepared as a double shot flat white with full cream milk and served in a mug with one and a half flat teaspoons of sugar. Accordingly, having recently tried the Vittoria Espresso, Vittoria Maragogipe, Vittoria Oro, and Vittorio Nero beans I have quite enjoyed the Vittoria Special Bar beans over the Vittoria Espresso and where I quite liked the Vittoria Nero as it offers a stronger espresso flavour profile over the Vittoria Oro, with the Vittoria Oro beans somewhat resembling the Vittoria Maragogipe with a weak fruity flavour on the first mouthful and where the light caramel flavours develop as you take subsequent gulps. Moreover, when prepared as a double shot flat white I find that the Vittoria Nero beans offered a strong caramel and/or crystallized honey flavours that tend to linger in the mouth and that when combined with well textured milk I really preferred the velvety consistency of the Vittoria Nero. Thus, whilst I have completed the Vittoria Bronze level barista training a few years ago I do not work predominantly as a barista and where I find that one good coffee in the morning generally tides me over for most of the day. Consequently, whilst I have not tried the Vittoria Oro, and Vittoria Nero beans as an espresso yet, I think that I would most enjoy the Nero served as a macchiato or latte when you really need a strong coffee to wake up in the morning. As for the comparison between Espresso, Oro, and/or Nero I guess it may depend on what you may be eating and what type of flavour profile that you may enjoy the most and where the Vittoria Espresso and Oro beans may be comparable to the Lavazza beans although the Nero stands above the other products. In summary, I think that the home barista will enjoy the difference in comparison to a typical bitter service station coffee and where you may achieve an excellent outcome without too much effort from your home espresso machine. [i.e., In preparing my coffee I used a $1000 Sunbeam Stainless Steel Café Series machine and where I took care in grinding the beans prior to each cup on the course setting although without resorting to ultrasonic and/or vacuum-accelerated extraction cold brew methods].
