Product was fine but the box

I'm well aware that you don't install the product, so I'm not going to blame you for that. But when you pay top dollar for something, you expect it to arrive looking new. Instead, my package looked like Stone Cold Steve Austin used it to smash The Undertaker over the head during a cage match, then someone buried it in their backyard, dug it back up, and gave it a few more kicks for good measure before shipping it to me. By the time I opened it, I was genuinely questioning whether I had received a brand-new product or someone else's damaged return.
