This tape didn't work great for me. I have sensitive skin and was using boob tape for the first time. The hold was really good. However, when I tried to take it off that night in the shower under warm water, it took more than 15 minutes to get all the tape and adhesive off. The adhesive separated from the tape and stayed on my skin, and it was quite the chore to get it off. Maybe it would have come off easier if I used some sort of oil, but I would have thought that hot soapy water would have worked. My friend who recommended it said it worked great for her and she didn't have issues. It could just be that this doesn't work for my sensitive skin.

It is similar to athletic tape, but not as bulky and very smooth against the skin.

This definitely did not move through the day when I wore it to a wedding. Highly recommend not just ripping it off your body because I gave myself rug burn almost but taking it off in the shower would definitely be easy
