Rooster Swamp Cracker Flex Fit Hat

The shirt and hat were both good quality, and the sizing mistake was completely my fault. However, I realized it immediately after ordering and sent multiple emails asking if the hat size could be changed before shipping. I never received a response. I later spoke with the owner, who said he would include a return label so I could exchange the hat. The order arrived without the return label, and my later requests for one were denied. Good products are important, but customer service is too. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through means I won't be ordering from this company again.
