The product is too much too weak in my opinion. I think it is mediocre at best.

Focus without caffeine jitters

This KARAK tea has some caffeine for focus while having natural GABA for calming. I prefer "unsweet" as I restrict sugars, but I do sometimes add my own honey. This is the perfect drink at the end of a busy day!

It's a good product and I will continue to buy it whenever I have the chance to use it.
