Halal Portioned Chicken Breast

Very good quality meat. But definitely not perfectly portioned. I weighed two pieces of breasts. One was 105 grams and the other 85 grams

Very fresh.

I tried chicken from One Stop Halal this time. The chicken was really fresh, and I made chicken alfredo, hot and sour soup, and chicken sandwiches with it. Everything turned out great. One thing I noticed, though, is that usually if the meat arrives within two days, it stays frozen well. But because of the Christmas rush, there was a delay this time, and a small portion of the meat started to thaw a bit. I quickly put it back in the freezer, so it was fine. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience.
