GlacioTex Mattress Protector

Stepped Up

There were some supply chain issues getting my new mattress in a timely fashion, but customer support stepped up hard and made everything right with situations that were out of their control. Always good to see great customer service is still a thing.

Cooling Comfort

I purchased the Helix GlacioTex mattress protector in May 2026 and appreciate its cooling feature. My only concern is that the combination of the protector’s material and my Helix sheets causes the sheets to shift while I sleep. I expected the two products to work better together. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the protector itself.

Great mattress protector to go along with great mattress. Plus will protect it from spills to come.
