Product leaked all over entire Package

Unfortunately, the product leaked and got all over the rest of the items in my order, making them ungiftable. I reached out to customer service and sent pictures and after 5 days, I still have not heard back. My daughters love Crazy Aaron products but based on this experience, I would not order from their site again.
