Ají Limón Hot Pepper Seeds - Capsicum Baccatum

I bought a pack of these last year and started them in my basement in the spring, transplanting in the early summer. They are PROLIFIC! And they are red until they turn yellow. Gorgeous! I dried some and have been throwing them into various soups and stews all winter. Can't wait for my next batch this year!

Great germination! These little peppers pack a punch! Vigorous plants that have tons of bright yellow peppers The flavor starts off with a crisp lemon/citrus pop and then turns into a nice strong heat. These peppers are very hot, but not so much that your taste buds are destroyed. Awesome in salsa, spicy margaritas or mocktails, and hot sauce.

100% of seeds germinated!!! Plants look good, going into the ground today or tomorrow. If only my tomatoes were as healthy as the peppers.
