I make up a mixture of the tumeric and ginger shot with a dash of coconut water everyday. Keeps my immunity and is so good for daily health.

This is perfect for adding to smoothies, tea, soup etc. It is potent, you don't need a lot but is an excellent way to add turmeric into the diet

Fantastic in my smoothies!

Great in my smoothies, better than using turmeric powder ( which I use when cooking) . I do always add a touch of ground pepper to aid in absorption as I need all the anti inflammatory benefits that I can get. Great product!
