Ceramic Detail Spray

So roughly about two months ago, I tried my first product of yours, diamond shine, glass cleaner/protectant, and I was extremely impressed, so much so that I wrote your company and told them it was the best window cleaner I have ever used, so I decided to try another product, the graphene detail spray, and I was equally impressed with that, so again I tried another product which turned out to be the ceramic detail spray, well, I got a chance to use that and again was impressed.... There have been two products of yours that I have tried and wasn't overly impressed with., not that they were bad, but they didn't impress me like the other products did, first off, the interior detailer, it wasn't bad and it did clean pretty good, but it wasn't any better than some of the other products I have used in that field, the second was the gloss dressing, that one I was not a fan of because after I applied it, I took the time to wipe any excess off, and even with all that it's still ran streaks down my paint when it rained, so that one I think you need to make some improvements on so it doesn't run even after it's dry, though I will say it did clean and shine very well

My order is short : 2-bottles of masters 824 limited detail spray. 2-bottles of ceramic detail spray!! I’ve sent several emails to try to correct the wrong, but unable to receive a reply. There’s no customer support phone number to call. So I’ve pretty much been stuck out. The product is still in the box it came in, because I really don’t want to touch it. Previous orders were great and loved the product, but I don’t know what to make of this!!

Gives a long-lasting shine I work for a small car lot and they love that it lasts and makes the cars look beautiful very happy
