I'm 5'10, 200lbs, have a more muscular/athletic build; I ordered an XL and it fit great. It a nice, quality uniform shirt.

GI US Navy Tropical Shirt

I am 5' 8", 175 and M fit very well. Shirt came a bit dirty, but nothing that didn't wash right out. Quality is good, especially for the price.
