Smells bad! Sent email. Radio silence.
Why does it smell really bad? I sent email, but no response. I love your shampoo and flare cream. This sucks!!

I have tried to obtain a refund from this product. Though claiming it is fragrance free there is a definite scent that is very unpleasant for me & my husband. I have also received their shampoo & conditioner which are great products but one of the shampoos I received had a loose cap & leaked. I have contacted the company through a couple emails with no response & then called & left several messages. If they had called & I may have missed the call they never left a message. Not happy with their satisfaction guarantee claim. S. Bailey
