The Team at The Foam Company helped me from start to finish. As a DIY'er I wasn't 100% sure of the product I needed for my project. I called and spoke to Patrick, a super helpful expert who gave me pragmatic and practical advice on product selection. He even provided tips and advice on the installation process. I was then able to use the online ordering system to easily purchase my product and arrange delivery. I was emailed the night before my delivery was due, and on the day of delivery I was kept informed of ETA with SMS messages from the Courier Driver Sandeep, who was polite and helpful, and worked with me to ensure my sheets were stacked safely and undamaged. Excellent customer services isn't measured on just your first interaction - a true measure is consistency at every touch point of the process right through to the product being delivered. I have had an outstanding experience with The Foam Company and their delivery team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
