Very stiff

The veil is very stiff. I’ve tried washing it but it’s still stiff. It’s not very comfortable to wear.

No Delivery, No Contact

This item was stuck in transit for over a week. When I emailed to enquire where the parcel was, the email address was not found. There has been no contact on Instagram either. Honestly terrible customer service.
