Workbook - Meal Planning

I am truly fond of the concept of consolidating weeks' worth of meal plans into a single location. However, I personally find no necessity for the recipe card and calendar sections. Instead, I would greatly appreciate having additional meal planning pages. Additionally, including a line for the date would be a wonderful enhancement.
