gauntlet way too short caused burn from arc

gloves are thin and wear too easily when handling the metal, also almost no gauntlet, allowed arc light to slip through edge of sleeve of jacket and burned wrist. Also leather as usual shrinks from being near the heat. I ended up using 1 of these on right hand for dexterity and a different type of glove on my left hand-for STICK welding rather than TIG
