Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Exfoliating Toner

Great toner!

Wonderful addition to my skincare routine! I use this one in the evening & the Cream Skin toner in the a. m. The Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic toner makes my skin smooth as it provides mild exfoliation and removes impurities. The hyaluronic acid makes it soft and provides just the right amount of hydration. After this toner, my skin is ready and primed for the rest of my evening skincare regimen. It’s also a great value as a little goes a long way, so it should last a good while!

Love this stuff. . . very hydrating. I work from home and just spray this a couple times just to refresh.
