Features: Shinano Red is the earliest variety of apple to be harvested in Hida. It was created by crossbreeding "Tsugaru," a representative early-ripening variety, with "Vista Bella," a very early-ripening variety. It is sweet but slightly sour, making it a refreshing apple perfect for the hot season.
