Just the thing I needed

Jay rod puts the concept of small man jiujitsu in wrestling, it has proven effective so far I can hang better with the bigger guys since I am always the smallest in the training room.

Excellent instructional

My takedowns leave something to be desired so this is an excellent instructional for adding some extra tools in to my toolbox. Recommended.
