Necklet – Double Layering Clasp With Security Latch

The spring on the clasp is not working so it stays open. Tried contacting customer service and got no response.

Returning; rough metal texture; adds nearly an inch to the necklace chain lengths; doesn’t keep the chains from tangling.

Waist of money. Doesn’t work. My necklaces still get tangled.
