not as advertised

product was advertised as having a glass face (website, instruction manual, installation video). NOTE: it comes with a MESH screen face, NOT glass. not look i was going for and no way to make it right. also, door of control panel in bottom right hand corner is sticky and VERY hard to open, so i just don't close it all the way, which is a pain.
