Insteon is great, but I should have reviewed the OTS key options before buying

One of the keys on our 6 button keypad split so I needed a replacement. I saw there were two sets and figured by ordering both sets I'd get a bunch of buttons I could use out of the 100. It turns out only 4 were 100 usable for me. It was my bad for not really looking at the options before buying. My 3 star comes from the lack of diversity betwen the two sets and the plastic used in these buttons seem more transparent than the original key pads. The increased transparency makes it obvious there are two buttons under the larger keypads in the 6 button configuration. In other words, when the LED is on you can see the structures under the keypad. I'm still a big fan of Insteon. I've had it for well over a decade and am happy with it. But I can't recommend these buttons unless you need a replacement button like I did.

Thought I was getting paper inserts for my existing tabs rather than complete new tabs

Nice look to keypads

The text on our last batch of buttons was looking thin after 8 years of use. These new ones made our keypads look nice again. Easy to replace using a small screw driver to pop off the old ones.
