Feeling the Beauty and confidence from this

I am always so moved but how deeply these flower remedies impact me. This is my 3rd bottle of this specific remedy and it’s helped me really feel more like myself postpartum (I’m currently 7 months postpartum). It helped me start taking small actions postpartum to feel like myself and add more beauty into my life. I also unblocked a huge insecurity around body image and have made positive changes in how I perceive myself + dress/buy clothes related to this specific insecurity I’ve had. It’s been a really nice change and I’m so grateful for it!

Can't Live Without It

I’ve tried many of Alexis Smart’s flower remedies for both myself and my daughter, and I’m so grateful to have something that’s safe for children yet truly effective. Beauty Formula No. 8 is the one I can’t live without. I’m naturally prone to stress, and it always shows on my face. During difficult times, when the pressure really takes a toll on me, I take four drops before bed. I know that as I sleep, my facial muscles will relax and release the stress. I enjoyed taking the Beauty Formula No. 8. I liked making it part of my morning ritual. My face is definitely less read and my over all mood has been much lighter and upbeat since taking. I'm ready for another round!
