Wonderful products and customer service!
My straw top broke and was unusable. I was able to get a replacement immediately and I love the straw top so much. Really enables the versatility of the chiller to be used for breastmilk storage or for my own needs!

I love that I can convert my chiller into a water bottle! One suggestion...
My only suggestion is to make the top a bit easier to grip. It's relatively short and made of plastic so it can be slippery but also if you screw your lid on tight (which most people would so it doesn't spill), it's hard to grip enough to open the bottle.

Love that I can keep using my bottle after the end of my pumping journey
The straw top is very straightforward to use and clean. I haven’t used the infuser yet since I just steep tea bags directly in the bottle, but it does seem useful if I want to infuse fresh fruits. Excited that this gives my bottle new life since I have now weaned from pumping.
