Leofoto FA-03 Flash Cold Shoe Conversion Adapter for ARCA Clamps

Exactly what I was looking for, with one catch - I needed an ARCA adapter to use with a hot shoe flash. I knew before purchasing it that this Leofoto FA-03 adapter was only for use with a cold shoe flash, but figured for the price it would be easy enough to fabricate a small adapter plate fastened to the FA-03 with a small hole in it for the locating/locking pin of my Nikon brand hot shoe flash. It would seem the FA-03 could easily be manufactured to be used with both a cold shoe and hot shoe setup and am somewhat surprised that Leofoto doesn't offer options for both, as it would be only a few steps more to make the adapter be compatible with both... Overall, satisfied with the purchase - price, shipping time, item quality, etc. - and will consider Leofoto again for future purchases of this sort of product.
