After me and my husband found out we were expecting our second, the hunt was on to acquire more baby gear before our daughter's arrival. Originally we had been gifted the pivot expand travel system with car seat, but after learning about the use of toxic/endocrine disrupting/off gassing flame retardants in most car seats on the market, we had started searching for an FR free option. I settled on the Chicco KeyFit 35 cleartex based on the crash test ratings and compatibility with the Evenflo pivot xpand stroller adapter. Install was extremely simple right out of the box, and the car seat clicked in right away without any issues. JUST BE SURE TO REMOVE the Peg Perego adapter bar that comes pre-installed otherwise your Chicco or Graco car seat will not snap in. All in all, this product works great and was exactly what we needed.
