Good product but issues with receiving correct merchandise

Ordered a canvas tarp, but received a poly tarp. Contacted customer support and reported issue. A second tarp was shipped, but again received a poly tarp. Contacted customer support again, and support manager again apologized profusely for the errors. Support manager then procured the correct canvas tarp and personally shipped it out. Tarp is heavy duty and appears to be of good quality.
