Hanae - Eau de Parfum

I have been a fan of Hanae Mori Butterfly for years and when I got the little sample of the Hanae with my last order- I knew I had to get a whole bottle. I love that the scent is slightly more woodsy (but still feminine) and makes me feel more grounded.

This was a gift for my wife. Her favorite fragrance is Hanae Mori #3, which was discontinued years ago. So, I bought three alternative fragrances by Hanae Mori (Butterfly EDT, Butterfly EDP, and HANAE). Based on my wife’s feedback, she gave Butterfly EDT a 3.5/5, so I rounded up to a 4/5. She said Butterfly EDP has a better and “richer” scent profile and gave it a 4/5. She gave HANAE the lowest rating, 3/5, saying it smells “dated,” overly powdery, and like something her grandmother would wear. To be fair, fragrances are difficult to review because they are highly subjective, with everyone having different preferences. Hope this review helps others.

I love all scents from Hanae Mori. They all last a while and have such an inviting yet soft fragrance that really adds calm to my busy world. Love love love them!
