I received the stool, however it arrived severely broken. I live in Hawai'i, and it would have cost almost as much as the cost of the stool to ship it back since it was very heavy. I requested a refund from Jesse for the stool via the chat feature, and she immediately processed the refund for the full amount and agreed that I would not have to return the broken stool.
