I put a few drops of oil on my hair & massage my scalp. I noticed my hair feels healthier and growing more. In the morning I fill half a tea spoon with oil and squish the oil in my mouth for 15 minutes. My teeth & gums feel healthier and less irritated Thank you 🙏

I saw people complaining about the smell, and it didn't surprise me because high old quality olive oil was what we do/prepare to prevent disease and address sickness as Mediterranean so it's the best. The way that the bottle is made you'll feel like it's gonna last forever and that's great 1 to 2 drops enough for full face I bought it to address the acne spot and recurrence before periods but sadly didn't help, yet it's a great Moisturizer I got also the drinking one but I still didn't consume it yet So I'm not sure if I'm gonna buy it again
