Good service, poor shipping partners

We haven’t installed our stove yet but the process of ordering it went well! Unfortunately we were led to believe the shipping would go well too but it did not. Carrier kept changing appt days to deliver after not showing up for scheduled appts. They sent a driver that could not deliver to ground (600lb stove) which was agreed on and reminded of multiple times. Very frustrating.
