The stove itself has worked great and has served the purpose of the investment. We are using the stove to heat our basement and for power outages. We have only used it for a week. The delivery of the stove was the issue. The transport company said they never received the information that we were not going to be here for delivery. We informed Cabin Depot twice in emails of the dates we would be away. We call the transport company ourselves about a delivery date and they were very informative. So far we are very happy with the product. Thanks for the warmth we will receive on these cold ,winter nights.
