Strapless Mermaid Wedding Dress with Ruffles | LARA

Do not buy from this site. All communication done via email which made the process longer to get the swatch I needed for my wedding dress. Then they only sent 1 swatch to choose from. After waiting a couple months for my dress to come, they made my dress with a zipper back instead of a corset back like it’s shown. The threading around then zipper is white and sticks out like a sore thumb. Originally when I informed them of the issue, Wendy, who I have been in communication with said I have 2 choices, they can fix it for me or I can keep the dress and they will refund my money. I said I don’t have time so I will opt for the refund. Then they responded with, well since your wedding is not until January we have time to fix the dress, just send it back. I had to ask this place for a label! But I decided I can’t trust them to even fix my dress. I asked for the original options given to me. They refuse to give me my refund and instead offered me $80. I will contact my credit card.
