Surprise Sock Box - 10 pairs of Non-slip, Stay-on socks

The product is great but the packaging is really poor

We bought some of these socks a year ago and were delighted with the product and the packaging. So we decided to buy some more of the socks for our youngest Granddaughter. The socks are the same high quality but the packaging is appalling. Last year the socks came wrapped in tissue paper in a lovely box. This year they only came in tissue paper. The outer packaging was very poorly sealed, so much so that one end of the package was open and the postman asked us to check the contents while he waited. I did write to The Little Sock Company regarding this issue straight away, but I received no response - very poor customer service. I would have submitted the same photos of the packaging that I sent to The Little Sock Company but there is no facility to attach photos to this review. I am very disappointed.

Good socks

Bought these for my grandson. I already knew that the regular socks were good. The cosy socks included in the selection look considerably bigger but not a problem as his feet will grow!

Mostly white

I have really loved the socks i have had previously for my little one. I would recommend sizing up though. I had hoped for more of a mix of neutral colours and sock shapes for my little boy. There was a lot more plain white within the bundle than I'd have like which aren't particularly practical.
