I bought this suit because the first sentence in the description was how much former swimmers loved this suit. I am a former swimmer and I did not love this suit. I ordered an XL based on other reviews and the size guide. It was super tight through my hips and entirely too loose up top, not to mention the neckline was way lower than described. There would have been no chance the straps would have stayed on my shoulders while doing an activity. I ended up returning the suit.

This suit is dynamite. I’m 5’7 with a longer torso and this was perfect. It’s a gorgeous true black, great cut, super flattering. Makes me want to consider a two piece!

Like, almost love

So here is my rough size- about 150-155 lbs. 5’9”. Larger bust, small ish waist, large hips. I have tired LOF suits 3 years in a row and for the first time this year found one that fits well. But not perfectly. The pros-amazing material. High quality, does not fade (so far) no digging in anywhere at all. The cons: really just a very difficult time finding the proper size. I figured I would be a large tall. Here is the issue with the large tall. The tall is too tall. I have a long torso and saggy mom boobs…..so the tall option is so long that the straps do not sufficiently pull up my breasts. It’s like there is 1-2” too much strap fabric in this size. The XLT was just too big all over. The regular large fit SO WELL, but way too skimpy on the butt region. I wish the regular large had a little more seat coverage as this would have been great. So I ended Up with the regular XL, and it fits ok. It’s a touch too large all over, other than the rear. The rear of this XL has just enough coverage. I think I may just do the regular large in my next suit as I can potentially live with the showy butt. The issue with sizing up is that you lose compression. I hope this is all very helpful for other first time buyers. My over all suggestion-if you can. Order your regular size, plus your size up. To see which fits best. I think unless you have a VERY long torso the tall version may me too much, depending on look you’re going for! Yes, would recommend this suit. For sure. Just still trying to nail sizing on the head…
