Breg Wave Replacement Power Supply

My Fault

I wasn’t sure exactly what happened when I received my order and it wasn’t the item I had ordered. After a bit of research, it was easy to see I didn’t order the right product. The staff at Cold Therapy were able to sort my issues and ship the correct piece, which fit perfectly, then issued a refund for my mistake. Thanks for the advice and service!!

Breg Polar Care Wave Stopped Working

The Breg unit had been stored for about a year. After a severely twisted ankle, we plugged in the unit, the lights flashed once and then nothing. I checked the power supply with a multimeter and saw it was defective. Called My Cold Therapy and they were able to overnight me a replacement. This unit is working again!

Breg wave power cord

My cold therapy had the part that I needed for my Breg wave ice machine where others did not. Product arrived one day earlier than originally scheduled.
