I got these lights to make make my e bike more visible to cars when riding at night. I cut off the male plug connector on one strand of lights and fed the two wires into a conductor connector which also had wires from a motorcycle light switch and wires from a 12V DC rechargeable battery. A total of three strands of lights were used to illuminate the bike.
