I bought two of these the small one and the big one. They had a problem with one of them. I guess a bug had done some damage to the technology. I got in it by other means meaning I broke it to get into it and he sent me a new one. All I can say is the guy is honest when it comes to if there’s a issue, he solves it.

Just what I needed, now I gotta get the home version these are absolutely essential.

Unimpressed

I have to hit the unlock on the app multiple times to get the safe to unlock. For the price, the technology should be better connected or there needs to be a backup way to unlock. I would not recommend.
