Fit does not work, customer service cannot work with you on customized orders

I wanted to love this, as it has my future last name but the bathing suit cuts so uncomfortable into the thighs. For reference, I am 5'2 115 lb and got a size medium. Sizing up is not the answer. I will not shop here again. Customer service offered a 10% discount on another order but why would I shop here again?
